To help market a collection of individual luxury apartments, I designed a hard-backed, boxed brochure that felt every bit as premium as the homes themselves. Every detail was carefully considered—from the weight of the paper to the finishes on the cover—so the experience of flicking through it echoed the craftsmanship of the apartments.

A custom logo was also created to give the brand a refined visual identity—something that felt timeless and high-end, just like the apartments. This mark was used throughout the brochure and on the box itself, adding a finishing touch that tied everything together.
